Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C is looking for a Operation Manager – Facilities Management, for one of its subsidiaries.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Operation manager, directs and coordinates the internal structure of his project based on company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently. The project director may be the one to suggest and outline these goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
In – charge of the project; Plans, budgets, oversees, and documents all aspects of the specific project.
Work closely with upper management to ensure that each project's scope and direction is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
Knowledge in project or construction management and supervision, computers and leading-edge building management tools, knowledge of Business Accounting, and knowledge of Contracts development and administration.
Performance in quality and time management of the project.
Awareness & sensitivity to project costs control and profitability.
Technically knowledgeable in design and building construction systems.
Overall plans, coordinates, and controls a project from beginning to completion.
Construction management is aimed at meeting a client & requirement to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
Develops the project program consistent with contracted constraints and team management.
Resource loads the plan and publishes summations of all requirements.
Strategizes major project activities utilizing experience, consultant coordination, and technology.
Establishes and maintains a cost-effective logistics plan, complete HSE plan for the project, quality control, and quality assurance process and procedures for the project.
Establishes project physical control from contracted transfer points.
Executes or causes to be completed via the planning software track all variations, disruptions, and associated impacts.
Coordinates the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers.
Monitors the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and holds regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
Coordinates with the supervising consultant to establish all deliverables, inspections, intermediate signoffs, close-out coordination, interface with municipalities, and emergency procedures.
Executes and/or causes to be completed a full constructability review of all project designs and specifications.
Other Job Responsibilities:
Effectively manage the quality and compliance of FM services across the Prison to interface with
Department leads and ensures all service standards are delivered or exceeded.
Manage Forward Maintenance program and Life Cycle ensuring business cases and projects are completed.
Provide direction and expertise to the FM team by promoting Sodexo strategies and the best business.
practices in order to uphold the Company's mission and values.
Motivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve its objectives and strategy.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
15 years total experience and 05 years as project director.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
UPDA accreditation is preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar position
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Good analytical/critical thinking
