Required jobs in Alhamal Trading and Contracting Company and their details:

Architect

Responsibilities:

· Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design

· Using the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

· Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact

· Review and design architectural - Interior design - Fit. Out landscape plans and drawings.

· Reviewing and researching of various disciplines related to materials and method statement.

· Monitoring the work (if demands) on site related to architecture.

· Full coordination between Architectural field with other and other disciplines and reporting all clashes and discrepancies.

· Sharing (if required) with the solutions and methods for any issues faced on the projects that related to Architecture.

· Coordinate with the designer or consultant in terms of Architectural field.

· Ensure all plans are compliant with Governmental and all authorities related.

· Preparing as guidance for draught man and reviewing, submitting all required shop drawings, materials, methods, RFI.

· Sharing to developing and improving the received designs.

· Coordinate with the subcontractors to let them submit all required engineering's documents and drawings and ensuring the compliance and meet required quality and

· Client-Government requirement, Compliance with project specifications & QCS

· Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

· Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

· Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)

· Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

Requirements:


· In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· A graduate - preferably a University Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

· UPDA Grade A or B or C preferred

· Well versed in computer applications and engineering drawings

· With experience in Construction Interiors

· Female & Arabic

· With QID and Transferrable

المسؤوليات:

· التحكم في المشاريع من البداية إلى النهاية لضمان الجودة العالية والتصميم المبتكر والوظيفي

· استخدام "موجز" البناء لتحديد احتياجات العملاء وتجميع تقارير الجدوى ومقترحات التصميم

· تطوير الهندسة المعمارية بما يتماشى مع احتياجات العميل واستخدام المبنى والأثر البيئي

· مراجعة وتصميم معماري – تصميم داخلي – مناسب . خطط ورسومات المناظر الطبيعية.

· مراجعة وبحث مختلف التخصصات المتعلقة بالمواد وبيان الطريقة.

· مراقبة العمل (إذا تطلب الأمر) في الموقع فيما يتعلق بالهندسة المعمارية.

· التنسيق الكامل بين المجال المعماري مع التخصصات الأخرى وغيرها والإبلاغ عن كافة التضاربات والاختلافات.

· المشاركة (إذا لزم الأمر) بالحلول والأساليب لأية مشكلات تواجه المشاريع المتعلقة بالهندسة المعمارية.

· التنسيق مع المصمم أو الاستشاري فيما يتعلق بالمجال المعماري.

· التأكد من أن جميع الخطط متوافقة مع الحكومة وجميع السلطات ذات الصلة.

· الإعداد كتوجيه لمشروع الرجل ومراجعته وتقديم جميع الرسومات التنفيذية والمواد والأساليب وطلب المعلومات المطلوبة.

· المشاركة في تطوير وتحسين التصاميم المستلمة.

· التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن للسماح لهم بتقديم جميع المستندات والرسومات الهندسية المطلوبة والتأكد من الامتثال وتلبية الجودة المطلوبة

· متطلبات العميل والحكومة، والامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومراقبة الجودة

· محفظة قوية لإثبات المهارات الفنية

· معرفة الخبراء بمنتجات البناء وتفاصيل البناء والقواعد واللوائح ومعايير الجودة ذات الصلة

· مهارات رسم ممتازة ومعرفة ببرامج التصميم (Adobe Photoshop أو SketchUp أو 3d Studio VIZ أو ما شابه ذلك)

· الخيال القوي والقدرة على التفكير والإبداع ثلاثي الأبعاد

متطلبات:


· معرفة متعمقة بمواد البناء والأساليب ومعايير الصناعة.

· مهارة قوية في التحليل وحل المشاكل.

· مهارات الاتصال والعرض جيدة

· مهارات تنظيمية وتخطيطية قوية

· خريج - ويفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة جامعية في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية

· يفضل UPDA الصف A أو B أو C

· على دراية جيدة بتطبيقات الكمبيوتر والرسومات الهندسية

· لديه خبرة في التصميم الداخلي للبناء

· أنثى والعربية

· بالبطاقة الشخصية القطرية وقابلة للتحويل
