Required jobs in EGEC Qatar company and their details:

Material Engineer

Materials Engineer will develop,process,combine and test materials to be used in production.; based on data gathered and expertise. Materials Engineer will also identify and recommend the most appropriate materials for specific applications.

Duties and responsibilities :


Collaborate with appropriate production and process staff to understand the material specifications sought for a particular application or product.
Identify, select and recommend material based on weight, strength, heat and cold tolerance, cost and durability.
Measure performance of various materials in accordance with specifications.
Observe or participate in product testing process as appropriate.
Gather data and identify the reasons when a material fails or does not meet specifications.
Report testing results to material producer
collaborate with process engineers as part of a development and fabrication team to create new material when none of the suggested materials meet the specifications.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in chemical Engineering or Material Science.
5 years experience using composite materials either as materials or process engineer
Previous experience with Ashghal

Skills:


Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

سيقوم مهندس المواد بتطوير المواد ومعالجتها ودمجها واختبارها لاستخدامها في الإنتاج. استنادا إلى البيانات التي تم جمعها والخبرة. سيقوم مهندس المواد أيضًا بتحديد المواد الأكثر ملاءمة لتطبيقات محددة والتوصية بها.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات :


التعاون مع موظفي الإنتاج والعمليات المناسبين لفهم مواصفات المواد المطلوبة لتطبيق أو منتج معين.
تحديد المواد واختيارها والتوصية بها بناءً على الوزن والقوة وتحمل الحرارة والبرودة والتكلفة والمتانة.
قياس أداء المواد المختلفة طبقاً للمواصفات.
مراقبة أو المشاركة في عملية اختبار المنتج حسب الاقتضاء.
جمع البيانات وتحديد أسباب فشل المادة أو عدم مطابقتها للمواصفات.
تقرير نتائج الاختبار إلى منتج المواد
التعاون مع مهندسي العمليات كجزء من فريق التطوير والتصنيع لإنشاء مواد جديدة عندما لا تفي أي من المواد المقترحة بالمواصفات.

المؤهلات والخبرة:


درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو علوم المواد.
- خبرة 5 سنوات في استخدام المواد المركبة إما كمهندس مواد أو عمليات
خبرة سابقة مع أشغال

مهارات:


مهارات جيدة لحل التحليلية ومشكلة.
مهارات الاتصال اللفظي والكتابي جيدة
مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق
