This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Soft Services Supervisor. The Senior Soft Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks such as supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and maintaining effective communication.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills, Training, and High level of English.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and develop team members
Experience in the facilities management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
