As a WBI Lead rotator you will work within the Completions & Well Intervention group in Baker Hughes Oilfield Services business and will run multiple applications of medium to high risk in the Wellbore Intervention Product Group under minimal supervision, you will also expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and/or other product groups
As a Lead well intervention rotator, you will be responsible for:
Running multiple Complex Wellbore Intervention Jobs in the field
Preparing Technical Proposals and lead customer engagement for technical support
Coordinating operations , and lead the commercial engagement with customer when required
Travelling Across MENATI region to support different WI activities either in the field or office / with customer
Training and supervising well interventions engineers on complex and high profile applications
Ensuring the supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
Playing multiple roles from Field to office based on demand across MENATI Region, the position is flexible / Rotational
Conducting on-the-job training for some Wellbore Intervention applications as required
Handling special projects as assigned
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have High School diploma
Have minimum of 10 years running complex fishing / Milling / Slot-recovery / casing exit scope Offshore and Onshore
Have Field + Technical + Office Coordination along with Sales experience in Well interventions
Require to work under 24 hour call on a 6 X 4 schedule
Have thorough mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products
Have experience in Well interventions products and services

Have Strong customer engagement experience
Have ability to work well and communicate well with others
