·         At Least 5 Years’ experience as a Head Cook or Executive Chef in a high-end resort, hotel, or fine dining restaurant

·         Asian Nationality preferable

·         Must have NOC & QID transferable

·         Professional degree or equivalent certification.

·         managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

·         Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety & Hygiene regulations.

·         Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Stay updated with culinary trends and implement new techniques and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
