▪ Ensures that inventory and stock management are maintained and updated accurately.

▪ Receives delivered materials, confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications, and completes necessary paperwork.

▪ Track, record, and resolve discrepancies in received orders.

▪ Manages stock movements and ensures the completeness of transfer documents.

▪ Maintain and ensure the stockroom is meeting regulations.

▪ Supervises the implementation of health and safety procedures.
