ETP/RO Supervisor

The position is responsible for managing and maintaining the entire reverse osmosis plant and effluent water treatment plant. Ensuring all operations and activities meet the defined safety and quality standards and all RO and ETP machinery/equipment meet the performance requirements 

Long Description 

- Manage operation maintenance for reverse osmosis and sewage water treatment plants, ensuring adherence to agreed quality and cost standard.- Coordinate planned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment performs as required.- Review the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.- Ensure operation is within the budget.- Identify the training needs of maintenance technicians and ensure that the required skills inventory is in place.- Review spare parts, critical components and consumables needed for the preventive/corrective maintenance.- Evaluate the performance of the team members based on their capabilities.- Ensure that all duties are conducted in accordance with Standard Operating procedures as specified in the manufacturer's recommendations and/or Baladna Quality System.- Ensure that all team members have the required resources to carry out tasks safely and efficiently.- Ensure KPI meets the target - Report and review performance with team members evaluating results and parameters.- Motivate, facilitate, support and direct team to achieve tasks to defined and measurable performance parameters.

- Allocate tasks to team members according to current priorities, talent, and skill.- Identify, plan and implement requisite training to ensure the continued development of all team members, ensuring an adequately maintained skills inventory is in place.- Ensure full implementation of define and laid down safety systems and safe practices of work-continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.- Ensure GMP is maintained and increased within the team and that all operations are conducted within the specified quality standards and parameters.- Ensure all PM schedules and inspections are executed, documented and filed on time.- Critique and develop PM schedule in line with customized requirements of the Plant.- Evaluate system performance and recommend equipment replacement/upgrade and capacity.- Assist in the preparation of budgets.- Supporting the accomplishment of new projects in the RO & ETP.- Propose improvements in the RO & ETP area.- Ensure KPI meets the target.- Ensure that all of the RO & ETP water parameters are meet with the quality standards.. مشرف ETP/RO

يتولى هذا المنصب مسؤولية إدارة وصيانة محطة التناضح العكسي بالكامل ومحطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي. والتأكد من أن جميع العمليات والأنشطة تلبي معايير السلامة والجودة المحددة وأن جميع آلات/معدات التناضح العكسي ومحطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي تلبي متطلبات الأداء 

وصف طويل 

- إدارة صيانة التشغيل لمحطات التناضح العكسي ومعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والتكلفة المتفق عليها. - تنسيق مهام الصيانة الوقائية المخطط لها لضمان أداء المعدات كما هو مطلوب. - مراجعة أوجه القصور في المعدات واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. - التأكد من أن التشغيل ضمن الميزانية. - تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لفنيي الصيانة والتأكد من وجود مخزون المهارات المطلوبة. - مراجعة قطع الغيار والمكونات والمواد الاستهلاكية الأساسية اللازمة للصيانة الوقائية / التصحيحية. - تقييم أداء أعضاء الفريق بناءً على قدراتهم. - التأكد من إجراء جميع الواجبات وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية كما هو محدد في توصيات الشركة المصنعة و / أو نظام جودة بلدنا. - التأكد من أن جميع أعضاء الفريق لديهم الموارد المطلوبة للقيام بالمهام بأمان وكفاءة. - التأكد من أن مؤشر الأداء الرئيسي يلبي الهدف - الإبلاغ عن الأداء ومراجعته مع أعضاء الفريق الذين يقيمون النتائج والمعلمات. - تحفيز وتسهيل ودعم وتوجيه الفريق لإنجاز المهام وفقًا لمعايير الأداء المحددة والقابلة للقياس.
