Commis Chef

Waka Kitchens is a company that aims to revolutionize the food delivery experience through partnerships with culinary experts and restaurants. Operating in Doha, Qatar, our kitchens are equipped with the latest smart technology and are run by highly trained chefs and customer service teams. We utilize Central Production Units, Procurement & Storage Facilities, Customer Service Facilities, and Delivery Partners to support our infrastructure.

 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef, located in Doha, Qatar. The Commis Chef will be responsible for the daily preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by the Head Chef. The Commis Chef will also assist in the preparation of meals during service periods and ensure compliance with all food hygiene and safety standards.

Food Preparation and Cooking skills

Culinary Skills and Knowledge

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

Effective Communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a similar role

Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
