EHS Officer

We are seeking a diligent and experienced EHS Officer to join our team. The EHS Officer will be responsible for overseeing environmental, health, and safety practices in the workplace to ensure compliance with regulations and to protect the well-being of employees, visitors, and the environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold a NEBOSH certification. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop, implement, and monitor environmental, health, and safety programs and policies. 

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions as necessary. 

Provide training to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and practices. Maintain records of inspections, training, and incidents, and prepare reports as required. 

Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving EHS performance. 

Stay informed about new and existing EHS regulations and best practices, and ensure compliance. 

Coordinate with relevant authorities during inspections and audits. 

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field preferred. 

NEBOSH certification (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) is mandatory. 

Proven experience as an EHS Officer or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience. 

Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office suite and EHS management software.

مسؤول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

نحن نبحث عن موظف صحة وسلامة مجتهد وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون موظف الصحة والسلامة والبيئة مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على ممارسات البيئة والصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل لضمان الامتثال للوائح وحماية سلامة الموظفين والزوار والبيئة. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هذا المجال وأن يحمل شهادة NEBOSH. 

المهام الأساسية: 

تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة البرامج والسياسات البيئية والصحية والسلامة. 

إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش منتظمة لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.

توفير التدريب للموظفين حول سياسات وإجراءات وممارسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. الاحتفاظ بسجلات التفتيش والتدريب والحوادث، وإعداد التقارير حسب الحاجة. 

التعاون مع الإدارة لتطوير استراتيجيات لتحسين أداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. 

البقاء على اطلاع على اللوائح الجديدة والموجودة في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وأفضل الممارسات، وضمان الامتثال. 

التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية أثناء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق. 

والمؤهلات والمهارات:

يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم البيئية أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة. 

شهادة NEBOSH (المجلس الوطني للامتحانات في السلامة والصحة المهنية) إلزامية. 

خبرة مثبتة كمسؤول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة أو دور مماثل، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات. 

معرفة قوية بأنظمة ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. 

اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين. 

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق. 

يتميز بالاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات تحليلية قوية. يتقن استخدام حزمة MS Office وبرامج إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
