Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Florist at Al Baladi Group in Doha, Qatar. The Florist will be responsible for creating stunning flower arrangements, executing floral designs, showcasing creativity skills, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with decorations.

Qualifications

Flower Arrangements and Floral Design skills

Creativity Skills in designing unique floral displays

Customer Service experience in a retail environment

Decoration skills for enhancing floral presentations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in floristry or related field is a plus

Relevant certification or training in Floral Design

Previous experience in GCC is a plus.
