Onshore Integrated Activity Planning Coordinator
Qualification / Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in oil and gas companies in planning and
integrated planning roles within Operational environment.
Strong experience in Strategic, Projects and Operational planning.
Project management - understanding how to scope a project / activity and create work schedules to ensure completion within the timeframe and budget allotted.
Collaboration -interact effectively with cross-functional team members and
stakeholders at various levels of responsibility.
Communication skills -strong verbal and written skills to provide reports to
stakeholders as well as articulate complex projects plans. Excellent presentation skills.
High organization and negotiation skills to facilitate resolution of potential activity clashes and secure optimum resolution.
Computer skills -use specialized computer software for engineering and project management purposes, and to produce visual presentations, using bar charts and graphs to explain work schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project, Primavera risk analyser, Power Bl...)
Significant problem solving and analytical abilities are required due to the complexity of operations within Offshore Fields.
