Lead, Electrical Engineering 

Reporting to Head of Electrical & Instrumentation (N+1) and Maintenance and Inspection Manager (N+2). This position has 6 (N-1) direct reports /subordinate positions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To Lead and oversee the safe development, implementation and execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities in close liaison with Discipline Maintenance Engineers and Coordinators, Departmental Planners, Contracts and Procurement Department, Warehouse, Campaign/Shutdown Team Leads & Coordinators, Field Operations Inspection department, Maintenance Engineering Department, NOC Operations Centre Manager and T1/T2 Maintenance Coordinators.

To manage design of Electrical & HVAC engineering solutions to support maintenance team with the correct procedures, spare parts and specialized manpower.

JOB DIMENSIONS

Key role in short term maintenance preparation and support for execution, collaborating and driving integration on a daily basis with a wide / diverse range of Leadership stakeholders, in line with 4 months, 5 weeks planning.

Administrate all Electrical & HVAC stocks as Technical Administrator (TADM) for the ELE Lab office administering the equipment stock

Position is responsible for contracts management within the M&I, Electrical & Instrumentation Department

Provide input to Head of Electrical & Instrumentation into the development of annual operational and capital budgets.

Responsible for approving SAP work orders on a daily basis as per Delegation of Authority (DOA).

Position has interactions with external stakeholders (Qatar Energy / Contractor Management).

Lead a team of 6 subordinates and responsible for the team’s competency management

ACTIVITIES

Drive an Incident Free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture

Responsible for ensuring positive HSE performance by personnel, contractors and others working under the guidance of the Team Lead Electrical & HVAC.

Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, company standards and procedures under the area of responsibility to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance and responsible environmental attitude.

Lead cross discipline maintenance Engineers & Coordinators to provide robust PPM and CM data to support safe and efficient preparation, planning, execution and close out of base operations, campaign and shutdown maintenance activities.

Lead and provide first level specialist technical advice and guidance to site/offshore personnel on the maintenance of plant/equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis and investigations where required involving maintenance Engineers & Coordinators.

Provide Electrical & HVAC technical and administrative support to the site base operations; preparation of scopes of work for short term interventions, organization of vendors, supply direct support to site requests (vendors, spare parts, tooling, technical procedures, work packs and work order resourcing.

Provide Electrical & HVAC technical and administrative support to campaign and shutdown teams to ensure the overall readiness and execution of scopes in line with campaign shutdown gate criteria process. Work order resourcing.

Perform risk analysis on deferrals raised on Safety and environmental critical elements under Electrical & HVAC equipment.

Accountable for the non routine maintenance expenses executed in his/her Maintenance discipline

Accountable for the spare parts stock value in his/her Maintenance discipline

Develop scope of intervention for major preventive and on difficult corrective Maintenance

Review and challenge design of brown field modification and greenfield project in term of maintainability.

Responsible for defining the technical information required to create, update, block and delete references stored under its technical authority (in particular the General Specifications and QA / QC requirements), in close collaboration with the Stock Controller , specifically replenishment parameters. (MRP Type and MRP parameters).

Ensure daily communication with NOC-OC T1/T2 and provide support where required on technical/administrative issues. Attend daily video conference call with offshore OTL’s and discipline supervisors.

Visit offshore sites on regular basis to enhance collaboration and promote the understanding of goals to ensure information flow is maintained efficiently.

دور رئيسي في إعداد الصيانة قصيرة المدى ودعم التنفيذ والتعاون ودفع التكامل على أساس يومي مع مجموعة واسعة / متنوعة من أصحاب المصلحة في القيادة، بما يتماشى مع التخطيط لمدة 4 أشهر و 5 أسابيع.

إدارة جميع مخزونات الكهرباء وتكييف الهواء والتهوية كمسؤول فني (TADM) لمكتب مختبر ELE الذي يدير مخزون المعدات

يتولى هذا المنصب مسؤولية إدارة العقود داخل قسم الآلات والتجهيزات الكهربائية والأجهزة

تقديم المدخلات إلى رئيس قسم الكهرباء والأجهزة في تطوير الميزانيات التشغيلية ورأس المال السنوية.

المسؤول عن الموافقة على أوامر عمل SAP على أساس يومي وفقًا لتفويض السلطة (DOA).

يتفاعل هذا المنصب مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين (شركة قطر للطاقة / إدارة المقاولين).

قيادة مهندسي الصيانة ومنسقيها عبر التخصصات لتوفير بيانات PPM و CM القوية لدعم التحضير والتخطيط والتنفيذ وإغلاق العمليات الأساسية وحملات الصيانة والإغلاق بشكل آمن وفعال.

قيادة وتوفير المشورة الفنية المتخصصة من المستوى الأول والتوجيه لموظفي الموقع / البحر فيما يتعلق بصيانة المعدات / استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتحليل السبب الجذري والتحقيقات عند الحاجة مع مهندسي الصيانة والمنسقين.

توفير الدعم الفني والإداري للكهرباء وتكييف الهواء لعمليات قاعدة الموقع؛ إعداد نطاقات العمل للتدخلات قصيرة الأجل، وتنظيم البائعين، وتوفير الدعم المباشر لطلبات الموقع (البائعين وقطع الغيار والأدوات والإجراءات الفنية وحزم العمل وموارد أوامر العمل).

توفير الدعم الفني والإداري للكهرباء وتكييف الهواء لفرق الحملة والإغلاق لضمان الجاهزية الشاملة وتنفيذ النطاقات بما يتماشى مع عملية معايير بوابة إغلاق الحملة. توفير موارد أوامر العمل.

إجراء تحليل المخاطر على التأجيلات التي أثيرت بشأن عناصر السلامة والبيئة الحرجة ضمن المعدات الكهربائية وتكييف الهواء والتدفئة.

المسئول عن نفقات الصيانة غير الروتينية التي يتم تنفيذها في مجال صيانته

المسئول عن قيمة مخزون قطع الغيار في مجال صيانته

تطوير نطاق التدخل للصيانة الوقائية الكبرى والصيانة التصحيحية الصعبة

مراجعة وتصميم مشروع تعديل الحقل البني والمشروع الأخضر من حيث إمكانية الصيانة.

المسؤول عن تحديد المعلومات الفنية المطلوبة لإنشاء وتحديث وحظر وحذف المراجع المخزنة تحت سلطته الفنية (وخاصة المواصفات العامة ومتطلبات ضمان الجودة / مراقبة الجودة)، بالتعاون الوثيق مع مراقب المخزون، وتحديدًا معلمات التجديد. (نوع MRP ومعلمات MRP).
