QHSE Consultant

We are seeking a certified QHSE Consultant to provide outsourced Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental services. The role involves remote work with occasional on-site visits and focuses on maintaining compliance with QHSE standards.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐁𝐢𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐐𝐇𝐒𝐄 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Inspect printing warehouse and storage areas.

- Report hazards and recommend corrective actions.

𝐈𝐌𝐒 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬:

- Update and develop IMS documents (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018).

- Conduct semi-annual internal audits and report findings.

𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

- Address and close internal audit points.

- Develop and implement action plans.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:

- Execute tasks from the Corporate, Strategic, and Planning Department.

- Support QHSE-related strategic initiatives.

𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:

- Provide remote assistance on QHSE matters to the operations team.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- ISO Lead Auditor certification.

- Experience with IMS, particularly ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

- Availability for on-site presence at the print facility in Doha once or twice a month, with the remainder of work managed remotely.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
