• Develop and implement document control procedures and policies.
• Oversee the creation, review, distribution, and storage of documents.
• Maintain an organized and efficient document filing system.
• Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, versioned, and tracked.
• Train and support staff on document control processes and systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate document exchange.
• Provide support during audits and inspections.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in document control.
• Maintain and manage project files from project start to close out.
• Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records 
• High Level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information 
• Document control, including classification, versioning, and labeling.

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 
• Minimum 10+ Years Experience in Similar Field 
• 5+Years of GCC Experience required as Document Controller role in Oil and Gas Industry
• Should have Experience in Qatar Energy (Qatar Petroleum) 
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document control
• Knowledge of EDMS and PDMS

• Expertise in EPC projects scheduling.
• Strong Exposure in Engineering, Procurement and Construction. 
• Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams for timely delivery.
• Strong Exposure is Mandatory in Budgeting, Project Execution and Planning Schedules.
• Analyze project progress and manage risks.
• Prepare compelling reports for stakeholders.

• Assisting Estimation Manager in developing and maintaining the standard Estimation Manual.
• Proven experience in estimating E&I components of Oil and Gas EPC projects.
• Prepare quantity and cost estimates for Electrical and Instrumentation work processes.
• Knowledge of Tender Preparation and Study of Kick off meeting criteria.
• Preparation and Submission of Technical Bids. 
• Identify and evaluate technical issues related to projects.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

• Managing all the interfaces between the various departments and executions of Projects 
• Develop overall coordination and co-operation of contractors to minimize foreseen interface problems.
• Ensure that effective coordination and communication exists between Contractors.
• Represent the Company in meetings with the Client, interfacing EPC’s, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders. Lead meetings and record minutes of meetings as required.
• Preparing packages for submitting various authorities & third parties.
• Monitoring the timely interface issues resolution during the engineering, construction, and Pre commissioning handover phase of the project.
• Resolving Engineering, Construction interfaces with client, designer, and various entities
• Acts as Coordinator for all Company functions where Company is named as an interfacing party

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Interface Coordination must be in Oil and Gas Industry
• 10+Years of GCC Experience required in similar role
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
