Lead Medical Officer

To serve as local Dukhan Healthcare Department representative within the region, oversee the delivery of clinical care by Medical Officers at QatarEnergy Healthcare clinics/facilities in a region [60% MOIC weekly time].

Provide continuing clinical care to QatarEnergy employees, their families, and eligible beneficiaries at a QatarEnergy Healthcare facility [40% MOIC weekly time].

Experience & Skills

Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) approved Postgraduate General practice/Family Medicine specialist training and specialisation (preferred).

Minimum of 8-10 years clinical experience after qualification (essential).

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in General practice (preferred).

Experience in a leadership or management capacity (preferred). Certification in a leadership & management course (preferred).

Clinical experience in emergency care, Pediatrics, ENT, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Dermatology (preferred). Clinical consultation skills to effectively manage patients medically (essential).

Demonstrated leadership qualities, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to function alone (essential).

Evidence of continuous medical education/professional development (essential).

Proficient in English, written & verbal (essential), a wide range of computerized software (desirable) and literate in Microsoft Office (essential).

العمل كممثل محلي لقسم الرعاية الصحية في دخان ضمن المنطقة، والإشراف على تقديم الرعاية السريرية من قبل المسؤولين الطبيين في عيادات/مرافق قطر إنرجي للرعاية الصحية في المنطقة [60٪ من وقت وزارة الصناعة والتجارة الأسبوعي].

توفير الرعاية السريرية المستمرة لموظفي قطر للطاقة وعائلاتهم والمستفيدين المؤهلين في منشأة قطر للطاقة للرعاية الصحية [40٪ من وقت العمل الأسبوعي].

الخبرة والمهارات

تدريب وتخصص في الطب العام / طب الأسرة بعد التخرج معتمد من وزارة المهن الصحية (DHP) (مفضل).

- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات بعد التأهيل (ضروري).

-خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الطب العام (مفضل).

خبرة في مجال القيادة أو الإدارة (مفضل). شهادة في دورة تدريبية في القيادة والإدارة (مفضل).

خبرة سريرية في الرعاية الطارئة وطب الأطفال وطب الأنف والأذن والحنجرة وأمراض النساء والتوليد والأمراض الجلدية (مفضل). مهارات الاستشارة السريرية لإدارة المرضى طبياً بشكل فعال (ضروري).

أثبت صفات القيادة، والمهارات التنظيمية، ومهارات حل المشكلات، والقدرة على العمل بمفرده (ضروري).

- دليل على التعليم الطبي المستمر / التطوير المهني (ضروري).

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، تحدثًا وكتابةً (أساسي)، ومجموعة واسعة من برامج الكمبيوتر (مرغوب فيها) ومعرفة ببرامج Microsoft Office (أساسي).
