Factory Manager - Arabic

Shelter Group is looking for a Factory Manager - Aluminium Division to join our team. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the factory, managing costs and budgets, scheduling production, ensuring quality control, and supervising a team of factory workers.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in a factory or production management role

- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in relevant field will be an advantage

- Experience in a regulated environment in Aluminium division is essential 

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience managing budgets and costs

- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
