Talent Acquisition Manager-Qatarization-Support 

To manage the implementation of key Qatarization & Resourcing processes, programs and initiatives aimed at attracting the right talent. Achieves staffing objectives by managing end to end recruitment process as per Vodafone Qatar’s policies and guidelines.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 

 • Translates budgeted headcount into annual recruitment plan. Define recruitment operating model and manage outsourced recruitment team via clear governance and partner management.

 • Work Closely with OE Team to determined positions to be Qatarized. Responsible for Discover /Graduate hiring process.

 • Manage resourcing and elements of strategic programmes e.g., Retail & COPS transformation.

 • Responsible for the E2E recruitment process for all assigned function / backfill roles that arise within the business. 

 • Develop and maintain a database of Qatari candidates who can be considered for all roles both currently open and to meet future business requirements. 

 • Develop innovative approaches to building and maintaining University relationships that contribute to building Vodafone's profile as an employer of choice amongst students and graduates. 

 • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast and plan procedures for improving the candidate experience with assessment of the needs of current employees.

 • Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.

إدارة تنفيذ عمليات التقطير والموارد الرئيسية والبرامج والمبادرات التي تهدف إلى جذب المواهب المناسبة. تحقيق أهداف التوظيف من خلال إدارة عملية التوظيف الشاملة وفقًا لسياسات وإرشادات فودافون قطر.

المسئوليات الرئيسية وملكية القرار: 

 • ترجمة عدد الموظفين المدرج في الميزانية إلى خطة توظيف سنوية. تحديد نموذج تشغيل التوظيف وإدارة فريق التوظيف الخارجي من خلال الحوكمة الواضحة وإدارة الشركاء.

 • العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق OE لتحديد الوظائف التي سيتم توطينها. المسؤول عن عملية توظيف الخريجين الجدد.

 • إدارة الموارد وعناصر البرامج الاستراتيجية مثل التحول في قطاع التجزئة وCOPS.

 • المسؤول عن عملية التوظيف الشاملة لجميع الوظائف المعينة / الأدوار البديلة التي تنشأ داخل الشركة. 

 • تطوير وصيانة قاعدة بيانات للمرشحين القطريين الذين يمكن أخذهم في الاعتبار لجميع الأدوار المفتوحة حاليًا أو لتلبية متطلبات العمل المستقبلية. 

 • تطوير أساليب مبتكرة لبناء والحفاظ على العلاقات الجامعية التي تساهم في بناء ملف فودافون كصاحب عمل مفضل بين الطلاب والخريجين. 

 • إجراء تحليل لاحتياجات التوظيف وتوفير توقعات توظيف الموظفين وإجراءات التخطيط لتحسين تجربة المرشح مع تقييم احتياجات الموظفين الحاليين.

 • تنفيذ أي مشروع أو مهمة أو أنشطة إضافية يتم تكليفها/تفويضها من قبل مدير الخط.
