Key Responsibilities
- Verifying and ensuring monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Managing treasury functions, including payment and collection schedules, cash flow forecasts, and bank reconciliations.
- Analyzing financial information and summarizing the financial status of the company.
- Providing technical support and advice to the management accountant.
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Managing the accounting team and providing guidance as needed.
- Participating in financial standards setting and the forecast process.
- Preparing financial statements and producing budgets according to schedule.
- Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monthly review of the trial balance and ensuring account reconciliations are completed.
- Managing tax declarations and tax audits.
- Supporting the month-end and year-end close process.
Requirements and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
- Experience with the month-end/year-end close process.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, or Oracle.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- التحقق وضمان التسوية الشهرية للحسابات الدائنة والمدينة.
- إدارة وظائف الخزينة، بما في ذلك جداول المدفوعات والتحصيل، وتوقعات التدفق النقدي، وتسويات البنك.
- تحليل المعلومات المالية وتلخيص الوضع المالي للشركة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والنصائح للمحاسب الإداري.
- تطوير وتوثيق العمليات التجارية وسياسات المحاسبة لتعزيز الضوابط الداخلية.
- إدارة فريق المحاسبة وتقديم الإرشادات حسب الحاجة.
- المشاركة في تحديد معايير المالية وعملية التوقعات.
- إعداد البيانات المالية وإنتاج الميزانيات وفقًا للجدول الزمني.
- توجيه عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية لضمان الامتثال للوائح.
- مراجعة شهرية للميزان التجريبي وضمان اكتمال التسويات الحسابية.
- إدارة الإقرارات الضريبية وعمليات تدقيق الضرائب.
- دعم عملية إغلاق نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة.
المتطلبات والمهارات
لتحقيق النجاح في هذا الدور، يجب أن تتوفر لديك المؤهلات والمهارات التالية:
- الحد الأدنى من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة أو الأدوار المالية.
- معرفة شاملة بإجراءات المحاسبة الأساسية.
- معرفة ببيانات المحاسبة المالية.
- خبرة في عملية إغلاق نهاية الشهر/السنة.
- إتقان أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسة مثل SAP وMS Dynamics أو Oracle.
- مهارات متقدمة في MS Excel.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- مهارات تواصل شخصية ومهنية ممتازة.
