Full Job Description
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Mix paint and inks to blend with materials being printed and job order specification.
- Correct printing errors on materials.
- Evaluate job orders and specifications to know details like the number of materials to be printed, time given for collection, and color sequences.
- Check printed materials for clarity, accuracy, quality, finishing, and other production factors.
- Minimize downtime by troubleshooting stoppages and breakdowns.
- Operate machine to give printing directions in accordance with job order and specifications.
- Ensure that color heads, rollers, and ink fountains are clean.
- Assign labels and stamp to boxes containing printed materials.
- Ensure that production plates and ink containers are cleaned after production.
- Create space in the printing room by removing excess boxes out of the way.
- Receive orders from clients, calculate bills, and receive payments.
- Ensure that printing equipment is well lubricated by applying oil in appropriate oils.
- Make suggestions in the design and layout of jobs to be printed.
Requirements / Skills / Qualifications:
- May have completed an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the area of specialty.
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Exhibit good knowledge of Quality Management System.
- Exhibit good knowledge of color combination.
- Have knowledge of molding problems.
- Being reliable.
- Being smart and agile.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- May require 1-2 years of general work experience.

Pay: QAR 1,000.00 - QAR 2,000.00 per month

المسؤوليات / الواجبات:
- مزج الطلاء والأحبار لتتماشى مع المواد المطبوعة ومواصفات أوامر العمل.
- تصحيح الأخطاء المطبوعة على المواد.
- تقييم أوامر العمل والمواصفات لمعرفة التفاصيل مثل عدد المواد المراد طباعتها، والوقت المحدد لجمعها، وتسلسل الألوان.
- فحص المواد المطبوعة للتحقق من الوضوح والدقة والجودة والتشطيب وعوامل الإنتاج الأخرى.
- تقليل فترة التوقف من خلال استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح الأعطال.
- تشغيل الآلة لإعطاء تعليمات الطباعة وفقًا لأمر العمل والمواصفات.
- التأكد من نظافة رؤوس الألوان والأسطوانات و خزانات الحبر.
- تعيين ملصقات وختم على الصناديق التي تحتوي على المواد المطبوعة.
- التأكد من تنظيف ألواح الإنتاج وحاويات الحبر بعد الإنتاج.
- إنشاء مساحة في غرفة الطباعة من خلال إزالة الصناديق الزائدة عن الحاجة.
- استقبال الطلبات من العملاء وحساب الفواتير واستلام المدفوعات.
- التأكد من أن معدات الطباعة مشحمة جيدًا عن طريق تطبيق الزيت في الزيوت المناسبة.
- تقديم اقتراحات في تصميم وتخطيط الوظائف التي سيتم طباعتها.
المتطلبات / المهارات / المؤهلات:
- قد يكون قد أكمل تدريبًا مهنيًا و/أو تدريبًا رسميًا في مجال التخصص.
- يتطلب شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- إظهار معرفة جيدة بنظام إدارة الجودة.
- إظهار معرفة جيدة بمزيج الألوان.
- معرفة بمشاكل التشكيل.
- أن تكون موثوقًا.
- أن تكون ذكيًا ورشيقًا.
- القدرة على الانتباه للتفاصيل.
- قد يتطلب 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة العامة في العمل.
