Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for clients, you will address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints, maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system, and work closely with project managers and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the project management or construction industry. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications is necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

المؤهلات
نبحث عن مرشحين لديهم خبرة مثبتة في دور خدمة العملاء، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة إدارة المشاريع أو البناء. يجب أن تمتلك مهارات تواصل شخصية ومهنية ممتازة، وقدرات قوية على حل المشكلات، وعقلية تركز على العملاء. يجب أن تكون لديك معرفة بأساسيات تطبيقات المكتب (مثل مجموعة MS Office). يتطلب الأمر شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، بينما تُعتبر درجة في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة ميزة إضافية. الإتقان في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية أمر أساسي.
