We are currently seeking to expand our dynamic team with a passionate and driven Real Estate Agent/Consultant who shares our vision of redefining the real estate landscape.
Position: Real Estate Agent/Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Property Showings: Conduct informative and engaging property viewings, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each rental property.
- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure favorable lease agreements for both parties.
- Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and fellow team members to foster trust and collaboration.
- Coordinate Property Closings: Oversee the signing of documents and ensure that funds are correctly disbursed.
- Sales Negotiation: Represent sellers in negotiations with potential buyers to secure the best possible terms of sale.
- Communication: Keep sellers informed of market conditions, the progress of the sale, and feedback from viewings.
- Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التفاعل مع العملاء: التفاعل مع المستأجرين المحتملين لفهم احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم وقيود ميزانيتهم.
- عرض العقارات: إجراء جولات عقارية معلوماتية وجذابة، مع تسليط الضوء على الميزات والفوائد الفريدة لكل عقار للإيجار.
- التفاوض: تسهيل التفاوض بين الملاك والمستأجرين لتأمين اتفاقيات الإيجار المواتية للطرفين.
- التوثيق: مساعدة العملاء في إكمال الأوراق اللازمة للإيجار وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية.
- إدارة العلاقات: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الملاك والمستأجرين وزملاء الفريق لتعزيز الثقة والتعاون.
- تنسيق إغلاق العقارات: الإشراف على توقيع الوثائق وضمان توزيع الأموال بشكل صحيح.
- التفاوض على المبيعات: تمثيل البائعين في التفاوض مع المشترين المحتملين لضمان أفضل الشروط الممكنة للبيع.
- التواصل: إبقاء البائعين على اطلاع بأحوال السوق، وتقدم عملية البيع، والتعليقات من العروض.
- إغلاق الصفقة: توجيه البائعين خلال عملية الإغلاق، بما في ذلك ضمان تلبية جميع المتطلبات القانونية والمالية.
