Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Create and manage the company's annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Perform financial analysis and develop financial models to aid in strategic decision-making.

Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain the company's financial health. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Collaboration and Risk Management: Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with company objectives. Identify and manage financial risks while overseeing the creation of accurate financial statements.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior finance employees, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit schedules.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and processes, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
المؤهلات: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير). شهادات مهنية مثل CFA أو CPA أو CMA أو ACCA. خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال التمويل والمحاسبة، بما في ذلك 10 سنوات على الأقل في دور إداري.
