We are seeking skilled and dedicated nurses to join our healthcare team. If you have a passion for patient care and are committed to maintaining high standards, we want you to be part of our hospital wards. Your role will be vital in ensuring the well-being and recovery of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients in hospital wards.
• Conduct patient assessments and apply appropriate interventions for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care and deliver quality nursing to an assigned group of patients.
• Perform specialized nursing procedures to ensure patients’ comfort and well-being.
• Show expertise in clinical skills such as IV cannulation, venipuncture, ECG monitoring, and medical fluid administration.
• Assist doctors and respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Provide patient education and support their rehabilitation, including involving family members.
• Accurately document patient progress, medications, and treatments in medical records.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing/Post B.Sc/GNM with relevant experience (Dataflow + Prometric or Licensed)
• Immediate availability to join

نبحث عن ممرضات ماهرات ومتفانيات للانضمام إلى فريقنا الصحي. إذا كنت شغوفًا بالعناية بالمرضى وتلتزم بمعايير عالية، نود أن تكون جزءًا من أقسام المستشفى لدينا. سيكون دورك حيويًا في ضمان راحة واستشفاء المرضى.

المسؤوليات:

• الحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة وآمنة للمرضى في أقسام المستشفى.
• إجراء تقييمات للمرضى وتطبيق التدخلات المناسبة للحصول على نتائج فعالة.
• تنسيق رعاية المرضى وتقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة لمجموعة معينة من المرضى.
• تنفيذ إجراءات تمريضية متخصصة لضمان راحة ورفاهية المرضى.
• إظهار الكفاءة في المهارات السريرية مثل إدخال القسطرة الوريدية، وسحب عينات الدم، ومراقبة وتفسير تخطيط القلب.
• مساعدة الأطباء والاستجابة لنداءات الطوارئ عند الضرورة.
• تقديم التعليم اللازم للمرضى ودعمهم في إعادة التأهيل، بما في ذلك إشراك أفراد الأسرة عند الحاجة.
• تسجيل وتوثيق التقدم الطبي والعلاجي للمرضى بدقة في السجلات الطبية.

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس تمريض/ما بعد البكالوريوس/دبلوم تمريض مع خبرة ذات صلة (ترخيص Dataflow + Prometric)
• القدرة على الانضمام فورًا
