Senior Production Services Coordinator – Sports (Qatari National)
The Senior Production Services Coordinator is responsible in planning and organizing all administrative work related to the production section and attending all planning, integration and coordination meetings.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Oversee the planning and organizing all administrative work related to the production and attending all planning and coordination meetings.
Prepare the projects for the production unit as administratively required.
Attend meetings with independent producers and production companies and keep a record of all projects, Information and data, then follow-up all what have been discussed during these meetings.
Administrative coordination between the section and all other sections in the channel, in addition to the channel management.
Follow-up with the legal department and provide them with all requested documents in order to prepare the contracts.
Follow-up with the finance department and provide them with all documents and invoices in order to release the producer’s payments.
Receive and arrange all the projects and proposals, and distribute them to the members of the Production Committee for study and discuss.
Receive Films tapes and follow-up technical checking and hand them over to the library.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any related field.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in media is advantageous, but bags of enthusiasm about the genre and TV in general is essential with a keen willingness to learn and develop one’s self.

المسؤوليات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
