Maintenance Technician
Matana Facilities Management Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician, who will be responsible to perform repair works and inspection of residential civil works.
Responsibilities
Performing concrete and wall crack repair works.
Fixing of floor tiles & grouting works.
Removal and installation of wall tiles & grouting works.
Bathtub repair / replacement work.
Installation of Interlock tiles with level arrangements.
Marbles repair/replacement work using the power tools.
Familiar with all types of chemical & materials to mix-up with proper materials of repair the civil works.
Usage of power tool for cutting, drilling and grinding machines.
Wall repair and repainting work.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, ITI Civil course
Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction or Facilities Management industry
Experience delivering civil services to customers
Strong background working with a reactive maintenance company
Strong client engagement and customer service skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently
Broad knowledge of all civil works
