Regional Manager-Qatar 

The C3TO Contract provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.

More About The Role

Coordinate with senior leadership and senior intelligence officials on station to ensure CI/HUMINT activities support CJ2X assigned FOBs, 2X battlespace owner, or the MI commander and supported Command. This provides for the eventuality of the Site lead to conduct liaison with senior leadership on behalf of CIST/TFAN/OCT operations throughout the CENTCOM AOR when required.

Provide written and oral reports IAW established SOPs, Policies and Regulations. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the COR: memorandums, reports, assessments, and trackers submitted daily, weekly, or monthly as necessary.

Develop recording mechanisms for Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and lessons learned in the conduct of operations. Include all lessons learned (positive & negative), as well as best-practice TTPs in an accessible forum as directed and agreed upon by customer.

Qualifications

Education – Associate Degree OR four years of relevant management experience in lieu of Degree

Experience: At least four years of experience working in Government environment as either a Member of the Armed Forces or Government (GG12) serving in multi-intelligence roles, with at least two years management/command experience including leading large complex projects or teams

Individual must possess TS/SCI Clearance

Command or Management experience, including leading large complex projects or teams

At least two years of experience in in the CENTCOM AOR
