Position: Bus Driver Instructor
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Qatar
Salary: QAR 2,300.00 - QAR 2,500.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Instruction Delivery: Provide theoretical and practical training to students on safe bus operation according to Qatar's traffic laws and regulations. This includes instruction on safe driving practices, vehicle operation, and defensive driving techniques.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all training aligns with the Qatar Traffic Department's standards and requirements for bus drivers, preparing students for the Qatar driving license exam.
Safety Emphasis: Teach students the importance of vehicle safety checks, emergency procedures, and proper passenger handling to maintain high safety standards on the roads.
Evaluation and Testing: Conduct assessments and practical tests to evaluate students' readiness for safe bus driving. Provide constructive feedback and additional training if necessary.
Curriculum Development: Assist in updating and refining the training curriculum to incorporate changes in Qatari traffic laws or driving standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of student progress, attendance, and test results, reporting these to management and relevant authorities as required.
Vehicle Maintenance Oversight: Ensure that training buses are maintained in good condition and meet safety standards before use in practical training sessions.
Cultural Sensitivity: Be aware of and sensitive to the diverse cultural backgrounds of students, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Qualifications:
- Valid Qatari bus driving license and instructor certification.
- Extensive experience in bus driving.
- Deep understanding of local traffic laws.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
