Full Job Description
Position: Senior HVAC Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Contract Period: 4 years
Location: Qatar
Salary Structure:
- Basic: QAR 2,000
- Food Allowance: QAR 400
- Other Allowance: QAR 200
- Total Salary: QAR 2,600
- Quantity Required: 3
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC machines, focusing on both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, chilled water pumps, CRAC units, VRF units, and package units.
- Diagnose faults, repair or replace faulty components, and solve error codes.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Respond to service calls and resolve control-related issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and log maintenance activities.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in HVAC, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Familiarity with brands such as York, Carrier, Blue Star, SKM, Daikin, Samsung, and Mitsubishi.
Work Environment:
- Locations include workshop jobs, on-site, and off-site jobs.
- Work hours: 8 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break), with overtime applicable as needed.
Company Responsibilities:
- Overtime pay based on basic salary.
- Provision of QID, work visa, up & down tickets every 2 years, medical, transportation, and accommodation.
Employee Responsibilities:
- Cooking and purchasing food supplies.
Requirements:
- Recognized qualification in refrigeration or air conditioning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work unsupervised.
- Good problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Must be flexible and able to work as part of a family-oriented team.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- استكشاف أخطاء وإصلاح آلات HVAC، مع التركيز على الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- إجراء تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح معدات HVAC، بما في ذلك AHUs، FCUs، مضخات المياه المبردة، وحدات CRAC، وحدات VRF، ووحدات الحزمة.
- تشخيص الأعطال، إصلاح أو استبدال المكونات المعطلة، وحل رموز الخطأ.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية وصيانة، وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة.

بيئة العمل:
- تشمل المواقع أعمال الورشة، وعملية، وعمل خارج الموقع.
- ساعات العمل: من 8 صباحًا إلى 6 مساءً (استراحة غداء ساعة واحدة)، مع إمكانية العمل الإضافي حسب الحاجة.
مسؤوليات الشركة:
- دفع الأجر الإضافي بناءً على الراتب الأساسي.
- توفير QID، تأشيرة العمل، تذاكر الطيران ذهابًا وإيابًا كل عامين، الرعاية الطبية، النقل، والإقامة.
مسؤوليات الموظف:
- طهي وشراء المستلزمات الغذائية.
التوقعات:
- يجب ألا يتجاوز عمر المرشحين 40 عامًا.
