Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas contractor market in Qatar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and secure partnerships that align with the company’s goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the oil and gas sector, with a strong focus on contractor services.
- Established network of contacts within the oil and gas industry in Qatar.
- In-depth understanding of the market, including current trends and key players.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives that contribute to business success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- فهم عميق للسوق، بما في ذلك الاتجاهات الحالية واللاعبين الرئيسيين.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل والعرض.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ودفع المبادرات التي تساهم في نجاح الأعمال.
- درجة بكاليوس في الأعمال أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (MBA يعتبر ميزة إضافية).
