Position: Cashiers - Female
Location: Hypermarket in Qatar

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

• Sales Processing:
  Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers’ purchases.

• Issue Resolution:
  Resolves customer issues and answers questions.

• Bagging Purchases:
  Bags purchases if needed.

• Returns Handling:
  Processes return transactions.

• Itemization of Purchases:
  Itemizes and totals purchases by recording prices, departments, taxable and non-taxable items; and operating a cash register.

• Price Changes:
  Enters price changes by referring to price sheets and special sale bulletins.

• Coupons and Discounts:
  Discounts purchases by redeeming coupons.

• Payment Collection:
  Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.

• Credit Verification:
  Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver’s license number; and operating credit card authorization systems.

• Cash Drawer Balancing:
  Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.

• Pricing Information:
  Provides pricing information by answering questions.

• Checkout Operations:
  Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

• Work Environment:
  Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Team Contribution:
  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Basic Arabic language skills required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR1,500.- QAR2,000. per month

• تغيير الأسعار:
  إدخال تغييرات الأسعار من خلال الرجوع إلى جداول الأسعار وإعلانات البيع الخاصة.

• القسائم والخصومات:
  تطبيق الخصومات على المشتريات من خلال استرداد القسائم.

• جمع المدفوعات:
  جمع المدفوعات من خلال قبول النقد، أو الشيكات، أو المدفوعات بالبطاقة، وإجراء التغييرات للعملاء الذين يدفعون نقدًا.

• التحقق من الائتمان:
  التحقق من قبول الائتمان من خلال مراجعة وتسجيل رقم رخصة القيادة؛ وتشغيل أنظمة تفويض بطاقات الائتمان.

• توازن درج النقد:
  توازن درج النقد من خلال عد النقد في بداية ونهاية نوبة العمل.

• معلومات التسعير:
  تقديم معلومات التسعير من خلال الإجابة على الأسئلة.

• عمليات الدفع:
  الحفاظ على عمليات الدفع من خلال اتباع السياسات والإجراءات وتقديم التقارير بالتغييرات المطلوبة.

• بيئة العمل:
  الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة من خلال الالتزام بالإجراءات والقواعد واللوائح.

• المساهمة في الفريق:
  المساهمة في جهود الفريق من خلال تحقيق النتائج ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين في دور مشابه.
• الانتباه الجيد للتفاصيل ومهارات تحليل جيدة.
• مهارات اللغة العربية الأساسية مطلوبة.
