Full Job Description
Position: Aluminum Fabrication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the fabrication team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee all types of aluminum and steel fabrication works, including windows, doors, handrails, kitchen cabinets, curtain walls, etc.
- Utilize hands-on working knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.
- Read and understand technical drawings, take accurate measurements, and prepare quotations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to meet deadlines and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Local hire only.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in aluminum fabrication.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Holder of a valid Qatar Driving License.

- الإشراف على جميع أنواع أعمال تصنيع الألمنيوم والصلب، بما في ذلك النوافذ، الأبواب، الدرجات، خزائن المطبخ، جدران الستائر، وما إلى ذلك.
- الاستفادة من المعرفة العملية بأساليب اللحام والتصنيع.
- قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية، وأخذ قياسات دقيقة، وإعداد العروض.
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والأقسام الأخرى لتلبية المواعيد النهائية والمواصفات.
المؤهلات:
- توظيف محلي فقط.
- 5 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في تصنيع الألمنيوم.
- شهادة جامعية في مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- حامل رخصة قيادة قطرية سارية.
