We are seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Applications Specialist to join our team in Qatar. This role involves developing, monitoring, and maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft Power Applications, with a focus on automating business processes and integrating various systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in these technologies and will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and integrity of our Office365 and Power Platform environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Maintenance:
Develop, monitor, and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft Power Applications.
Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
Integration:
Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other systems and technologies, including Office 365, Azure Services, Integration Services, and SQL Server.
Administration:
Perform Office365/Power Platform administrative tasks, such as user management, permissions management, and content management.
Support the security, availability, and integrity of Office365/Power Platform environments through regular maintenance and updates.
Support and Training:
Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively use the SharePoint and Power Applications.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform and Office365.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in developing and managing SharePoint and Microsoft Power Applications.
Proven experience in automating business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of integrating SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Office 365, Azure Services, Integration Services, and SQL Server.
Proficiency in performing administrative tasks for Office365/Power Platform environments.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical support.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and assist users effectively.
