• Accommodation Planning and Management:
  Assessing accommodation needs based on group size, preferences, and budget. Researching and selecting suitable options, including hotels, apartments, and hostels. Negotiating rates, managing bookings, and ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards.

• مسؤوليات رئيسية:

  • التخطيط والإدارة للإقامة:
    تقييم احتياجات الإقامة بناءً على حجم المجموعة، التفضيلات، والميزانية. البحث واختيار الخيارات المناسبة مثل الفنادق والشقق والنُزل. التفاوض على الأسعار، إدارة الحجوزات، والتأكد من تلبية المعايير الصحية والسلامة.

• Guest Services:
  Providing information, assisting guests with accommodation options, handling inquiries and complaints, and coordinating check-in/check-out procedures.

• خدمات الضيوف:
  تقديم المعلومات، مساعدة الضيوف في خيارات الإقامة، معالجة الاستفسارات والشكاوى، وتنسيق إجراءات الدخول والخروج.

• Administrative Tasks:
  Maintaining accurate records, preparing budgets, and compiling reports on usage and performance.

• المهام الإدارية:
  الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة، إعداد الميزانيات، وتجميع تقارير حول استخدام الإقامة والأداء.

• Compliance and Regulations:
  Ensuring compliance with local laws, conducting inspections, and making sure all regulations are followed.

• Previous experience as a Camp Boss or similar role.
• NOC is required for local hire candidates, but overseas applicants are welcome!
• Familiarity with Qatar's accommodation market and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in software for bookings and management.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Full-time position. Pay: Starting from QAR 3,500/month.

• خبرة سابقة كمدير معسكر أو دور مشابه.
• يشترط وجود شهادة عدم ممانعة للمرشحين المحليين، ولكن يُرحب بالمتقدمين من الخارج!
• الإلمام بسوق الإقامة في قطر واللوائح القانونية.
• إتقان استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر للحجوزات والإدارة.
• يفضل خبرة في خدمة العملاء أو صناعة الضيافة.
• الوظيفة بدوام كامل. الراتب: يبدأ من 3,500 ريال قطري شهرياً.
