Minimum Qualifications And Competencies

 Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree and appropriate experience providing academic and/or career advising to students in a two- or four-year higher education environment 

 Knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) 

 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 

 Strong organizational and time management skills 

 Excellent written and oral communication skills 

 Ability to work independently, with good judgment and attention to detail 

 Ability to take initiative and problem-solve 

 Ability to leverage technology to improve workplace processes 

 Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment 

 Knowledge of Arabic 

Preferred Qualifications And Competencies

 Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a master’s or higher degree; OR appropriate experience providing academic and/or career advising to students in a five or six -year higher education environment 

 Demonstrated experience supporting first-generation, low-income (FGLI) and historically underrepresented and minoritized students 

 Experience working in with global, U.S. style educational institutions in the MENA region and/or Global South 

 PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (SES), STELLIC, and/or similar 

 Experience working with CRM/database 

 Knowledge of and experience using communications systems to support students 

 Successful track record leading engagement and persistence initiatives 

 Advanced in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe products

 إتمام دورة دراسية كاملة مدتها 4 سنوات بنجاح في كلية أو جامعة معتمدة تؤدي إلى الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى والخبرة المناسبة في تقديم المشورة الأكاديمية و/أو المهنية للطلاب في بيئة التعليم العالي لمدة عامين أو أربعة أعوام 

 معرفة قانون حقوق الأسرة التعليمية والخصوصية (FERPA) 

 خدمة عملاء ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين 

 مهارات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة الوقت 

 مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي 

 القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، مع الحكم الجيد والاهتمام بالتفاصيل 

 القدرة على اتخاذ المبادرة وحل المشكلات 

 القدرة على الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا لتحسين العمليات في مكان العمل

 إتمام دورة دراسية كاملة مدتها 4 سنوات بنجاح في كلية أو جامعة معتمدة تؤدي إلى الحصول على درجة الماجستير أو درجة أعلى؛ أو خبرة مناسبة في تقديم المشورة الأكاديمية و/أو المهنية للطلاب في بيئة التعليم العالي لمدة خمس أو ست سنوات 

 خبرة مؤكدة في دعم الجيل الأول من الطلاب ذوي الدخل المنخفض (FGLI) والطلاب الذين لم يتم تمثيلهم تاريخيًا والذين تم تهميشهم 

 خبرة العمل مع المؤسسات التعليمية العالمية على الطراز الأمريكي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا و/أو الجنوب العالمي 

 حلول PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (SES)، وSTELLIC، و/أو ما شابه ذلك 

 خبرة في العمل مع CRM/قاعدة البيانات
