Job Summary: This position is responsible for the design management of construction works on the ski resort project, ensuring that all building designs meet project specifications, functional requirements, and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the design and management of the 3B (part), 3C (part), IFC, 4A, and 4B stages of each building unit in the ski resort project to ensure consistency with overall planning and functional requirements.
2. Manage and coordinate the work of external design consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure timely delivery of designs.
3. Ensure that the design scheme meets sustainability goals, functionality, and aesthetic requirements, considering efficient space use and user experience.
4. Participate in all stages of the design process, including schematic design, detailed design, and construction drawing design, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to detail.
5. Ensure close cooperation between single building design and MEP, structure, landscape, and other disciplines, solving cross-professional design coordination issues.
6. Regularly communicate with project managers, NEOM, PMC, and other relevant parties about design progress, handling technical reviews and design adjustments.
7. Provide support during the construction phase, ensuring effective implementation of architectural design and timely responses to design issues on-site.
8. Ensure design documents meet Saudi Arabian laws and regulations and international architectural design standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture or related majors (Full Time).
2. At least 15 years of experience in EPC design management and architectural engineering design, with experience in ski resort projects or similar preferred.
3. Familiarity with architectural engineering design standards, international design codes, and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
4. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and project management tools.
5. Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of leading teams to coordinate and complete multiple project tasks.
6. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with all parties to promote timely and quality project completion.
7. Fluent in English; mastery of Arabic or other languages is preferred.

ملخص الوظيفة: تكون هذه الوظيفة مسؤولة عن إدارة تصميم الأعمال الإنشائية لمشروع منتجع التزلج، وضمان أن تتوافق جميع تصاميم المباني مع مواصفات المشروع والمتطلبات الوظيفية والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. المسؤولية الكاملة عن التصميم وإدارة مراحل 3B (جزء)، 3C (جزء)، IFC، 4A و4B لكل وحدة بناء في مشروع منتجع التزلج لضمان التوافق مع التخطيط العام والمتطلبات الوظيفية.
2. إدارة وتنسيق العمل مع الاستشاريين الخارجيين ومقاولي البناء والفرق التصميم الداخلية لضمان تسليم التصاميم في الوقت المحدد.
3. ضمان أن تفي خطة التصميم بأهداف الاستدامة ومتطلبات الوظائف والجمالية، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الاستخدام الفعال للمساحة وتجربة المستخدم.
4. المشاركة في جميع مراحل عملية التصميم، بما في ذلك التصميم التخطيطي، التصميم التفصيلي، وتصميم رسومات البناء، لضمان الانتقال السلس من الفكرة إلى التفاصيل.
5. ضمان التعاون الوثيق بين تصميم المبنى الفردي والأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية، والهياكل، والمناظر الطبيعية، والتخصصات الأخرى، وحل مشكلات تنسيق التصميم بين التخصصات.
6. التواصل المنتظم مع مديري المشاريع، NEOM، PMC، والأطراف المعنية الأخرى حول تقدم التصميم، ومعالجة المراجعات الفنية وتعديلات التصميم.
7. تقديم الدعم لفريق التصميم خلال مرحلة البناء، وضمان التنفيذ الفعال للتصميم المعماري والرد الفوري على مشاكل التصميم في الموقع.
8. التأكد من أن مستندات التصميم تتوافق مع قوانين المملكة العربية السعودية والمعايير الدولية لتصميم العمارة.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

1. درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في العمارة أو التخصصات ذات الصلة (دوام كامل).
2. خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في إدارة تصميم EPC وتصميم الهندسة المعمارية، ويفضل الخبرة في مشاريع منتجعات التزلج أو مشاريع مماثلة.
3. معرفة بمعايير تصميم الهندسة المعمارية، والقوانين الدولية للتصميم، واللوائح المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
4. إتقان استخدام برامج التصميم المعماري (مثل AutoCAD وRevit) وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
5. مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية جيدة، والقدرة على قيادة الفريق لتنسيق وإكمال مهام المشروع المتعددة.
6. مهارات تواصل ممتازة، والقدرة على التعاون الفعال مع جميع الأطراف لضمان إكمال المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية.
7. الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ يفضل إتقان اللغة العربية أو لغات أخرى.
