Job Description: Q Fast Service Co. WLL is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently to meet our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems (including air conditioners, ventilation, and heating units) for residential and commercial clients.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including refrigerant issues, electrical faults, and airflow problems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance services, including cleaning, filter replacement, and system performance checks.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work specifications for installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining technical issues and maintenance needs clearly to clients.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Relevant HVAC certification and training (EPA, NATE, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment, and work in tight spaces.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced HVAC systems (VRF, central cooling systems, etc.).
- Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and smart technology integration.

- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- القدرة البدنية على رفع وتحريك المعدات الثقيلة، والعمل في المساحات الضيقة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
- رخصة قيادة سارية.
يفضل:
- خبرة في أنظمة HVAC المتقدمة (VRF، أنظمة التبريد المركزية، إلخ).
- معرفة بالأنظمة الموفرة للطاقة ودمج التكنولوجيا الذكية.
