To design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate various professional programs and initiatives.
Key Result Areas:
Coordinate the required training in line with agreed training contract, agreed timelines, budget limitations, and other specifications.
Attend all the training as SMEs and assess the effectiveness of the training and provide the required advice to enhance the program.
Participate in the preparation of EDI Annual Training Catalogue.
Monitor and analyze post evaluation of Facilitator’s performance to ensure hiring of quality and reputable providers and maximize return on investment.
Provide the required support to monitor and evaluate training courses’ delivery, development and application of suitable evaluation instruments using kirk-patrick 4 level model, feedback analysis to submit valid reports and recommendations.
Facilitate and deliver professional learning programs if required, development intervention/ teambuilding in line with established priorities, timelines, budget limitations, and other specifications.
Maintain an ongoing awareness of current and future trends of professional development to ensure best practices are considered.
Outsource professional learning programs, identify suitable training providers available, both locally, regionally, and overseas, to deliver training objectives in line with management's requirements and coordinate the training delivery process to ensure the achievement of learning objectives.
Coordinate and conduct coaching and mentoring sessions.
Coordinate mandatory trainings, develop a training schedule outlining the frequency and timing of required refresher training for different topics or certifications.
Ensure that refresher training aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
Employ a variety of learning methods and tools such as online courses, workshops, simulations, coaching, mentoring, or job shadowing.
Complete the tasks related to training & teambuilding activities including training contracts, materials, management processes, budget estimates, accruals, variance analysis, CWO, Purchase Orders, etc.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, human resources or a related field.
Certification in training and development, such as the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
8 years of relevant experience.
Experience designing and delivering professional Development programs is required.
Consultation skills with the ability to communicate and offer advice at all levels.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, facilitation, project management, evaluation, and technology.
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
