Commercial Officer

Job Description:

Sound knowledge about financial reporting e.g., Project cost control, Income statement,

Balance sheet and Cash flow, IFRS 15 & Project accounting supply chain compliances with respect to supplier payments.

Coordinator for all procurement activities e.g., purchase requisition

Key responsibilities

Manage invoicing procedures & account payable activities.

Suppliers’ reconciliation.

Project cost report reconciliation with Income Statement.

Balance sheet reconciliation with open entries.

Ability to input, retrieve and analyze commercial data.

Sound account knowledge and understanding of financial reports, financial Statement.

Sound knowledge and understanding of IFRS for project accounting.

Qualifications to the Job

Bachelor’s degree in commerce. Professional degree will be added as extra advantage.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial, Gulf experience will be added as extra advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to analyze & report commercial figures.

Works well with others in an integrated team environment

Confident user of MS word, MS excel and Power Point, SAP

Flexible, culture diversity & Positive Attitude

Knowledge of Accounts payable, financial statements

الميزانية العمومية والتدفق النقدي والمعيار الدولي لإعداد التقارير المالية رقم 15 ومحاسبة المشروع والامتثال لسلسلة التوريد فيما يتعلق بمدفوعات الموردين.

منسق لجميع أنشطة المشتريات مثل طلب الشراء

إدارة إجراءات الفواتير وأنشطة الدفع المستحقة.

التوفيق بين الموردين.

مطابقة تقرير تكلفة المشروع مع بيان الدخل.

القدرة على إدخال واسترجاع وتحليل البيانات التجارية.

المعرفة السليمة بالحسابات وفهم التقارير المالية والقوائم المالية.

المعرفة السليمة والفهم لمعايير التقارير المالية الدولية للمحاسبة الخاصة بالمشاريع.

المؤهلات المطلوبة للوظيفة

درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة، وسيتم إضافة الدرجة المهنية كميزة إضافية.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال التجاري، وسيتم إضافة الخبرة في الخليج كميزة إضافية.

مهارات جيدة في التعامل والتواصل.

القدرة على تحليل الأرقام التجارية وإعداد التقارير عنها.

يتعاون بشكل جيد مع الآخرين في بيئة فريق متكاملة

مستخدم واثق لبرامج MS word و MS excel و Power Point و SAP
