Sr. Sales Operations Officer (Polymers)

Primary purpose of job

Develop, implement, and coordinate product delivery schedule, customer allocation plans, and cargo loadings according to existing planned sales, berth loading plans and unplanned changes to product availability and customer commitments, which requires continuous and meticulous coordination between the customers, terminal operators, service providers and internal QatarEnergy resources whilst ensuring accuracy, efficiency, high customer satisfaction and the protection of product economic value.

Experience & Skills

• At least 8-10 years of professional work experience and a minimum of 4-6 years of experiences in sales management, commercial operations and/or product planning and scheduling. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in the polymers industry.

• Sales management and commercial operations skills must have been demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments, including client-relationship management.

• Knowledge of the interrelationships of producers and operators and activities at loading ports.

• Knowledge of freight contracts and the shipping market.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

• Strong analytical skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc.) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales

الغرض الأساسي من الوظيفة

تطوير وتنفيذ وتنسيق جدول تسليم المنتج وخطط تخصيص العملاء وتحميل البضائع وفقًا للمبيعات المخطط لها حاليًا وخطط تحميل الرصيف والتغييرات غير المخطط لها في توفر المنتج والتزامات العملاء، الأمر الذي يتطلب التنسيق المستمر والدقيق بين العملاء ومشغلي المحطات ومقدمي الخدمات والموارد الداخلية لشركة قطر للطاقة مع ضمان الدقة والكفاءة ورضا العملاء العالي وحماية القيمة الاقتصادية للمنتج.

الخبرة والمهارات

• خبرة عملية مهنية لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات وخبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات في إدارة المبيعات والعمليات التجارية و/أو تخطيط المنتجات والجدولة. ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مؤسسة متوسطة إلى كبيرة الحجم في صناعة البوليمرات.

• يجب أن تكون مهارات إدارة المبيعات والعمليات التجارية واضحة في الوظائف و/أو المهام السابقة، بما في ذلك إدارة علاقات العملاء.

• معرفة العلاقات المتبادلة بين المنتجين والمشغلين والأنشطة في موانئ التحميل.

• معرفة عقود الشحن وسوق الشحن.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي واللفظي باللغة الإنجليزية.

• مهارات تحليلية قوية.

تعليم

درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الأعمال/التجارة (إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، المالية، إلخ) أو في مجال الهندسة (مع خبرة ذات صلة في التسويق والمبيعات)
