Vocational Program - "Empowerment Path"

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education announces the creation of the “Empowerment Track” within the Tamheen training program.

The “Tamkeen” track targets administrative job holders in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and government schools with the aim of qualifying them to work as teachers.

Conditions for joining the Empowerment Track:

• Bachelor's degree in a non-educational major.
•  Performance rating of at least Very Good for the last two years in the current position.
•  Pass the Arabic language test.
•  Write an essay explaining the reasons for applying to join the track (1000) words.
•  Pass the personal interview.
•  Turkish letter from current employer.

Target groups:

Administrative job holders in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and government schools from:

•  Qataris.
•  Sons of Qatari women.
•  GCC citizens

Training period:

• From October 2024 to May 2025
• Applicants for the “Tamkeen” track will be approved to take a full-time job from their current position for the duration of the training period.
• Applications are open now until September 19, 2024.
