Are you an experienced architect with a passion for designing world-class projects? Seize this opportunity to lead the architectural design of an innovative ski resort project!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design management of the 3B (part), 3C (part), IFC, 4A, and 4B stages of building units, ensuring alignment with project specifications and functional goals.
- Manage external design consultants, contractors, and internal design teams, ensuring timely delivery of designs.
- Ensure that all designs meet sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate on all design phases, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to detailed architectural designs.
- Resolve cross-disciplinary design challenges between architecture, MEP, structure, and landscape.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders such as NEOM, PMC, and project managers, addressing technical reviews and design adjustments.
- Provide architectural design support during the construction phase, ensuring proper implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia's regulations and international design standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in EPC design management and architectural engineering.
- Experience in ski resorts or similar projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/project management tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

المهام الأساسية:
- الإشراف على إدارة تصميم مراحل 3B (جزء)، 3C (جزء)، IFC، 4A، و4B لضمان توافق التصميم مع متطلبات المشروع والوظائف.
- إدارة المستشارين الخارجيين والمقاولين والفريق الداخلي، وضمان تسليم التصاميم في الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان تلبية جميع التصاميم لمعايير الاستدامة والوظائف والجمال.
- المشاركة في جميع مراحل التصميم لضمان الانتقال السلس من الفكرة إلى التصميم التفصيلي.
- حل التحديات التصميمية المتداخلة بين العمارة والميكانيك والكهرباء والمناظر الطبيعية.
- التواصل المستمر مع الأطراف المعنية مثل NEOM وPMC ومديري المشاريع، ومعالجة المراجعات الفنية والتعديلات.
- دعم الفريق المعماري خلال مرحلة البناء وضمان التنفيذ السليم للتصميم.
- ضمان الامتثال لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية والمعايير الدولية.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في العمارة أو مجال ذو صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في إدارة تصميم EPC والهندسة المعمارية.
- خبرة في مشاريع منتجعات التزلج أو مشاريع مشابهة مفضلة.
- إتقان برامج AutoCAD وRevit وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع جميع الأطراف.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية أو لغات أخرى ميزة إضافية.
