Responsibilities

Create new components, tokens, templates, documentation and maintain the existing ones.

Work collaboratively with product designers and developers to evolve and maintain design system.

Maintain and develop guides and pattern libraries.

Contribute to the vision to drive design system adoption and improvements.

Initiate and conduct usability and design research/validation.

Our Candidate Preferences

Experience with product design and accustomed to working in rapid cycles: plan → execute → validate → improve.

4+ years of experience in product design and building and maintaining a design system.

Familiar with iOS and Android guidelines and skilled in working with patterns from various platforms.

Proficient in Figma. 

Able to communicate ideas clearly, defend your stance, provide constructive feedback, and listen effectively.

Capable of organizing your work and being self-sufficient without supervision.

English B2 required and higher.

المساهمة في تحقيق الرؤية الرامية إلى اعتماد نظام التصميم وتحسينه.

بدء وإجراء أبحاث/تحققات حول قابلية الاستخدام والتصميم.

تفضيلات مرشحينا

خبرة في تصميم المنتجات والتعود على العمل في دورات سريعة: التخطيط → التنفيذ → التحقق → التحسين.

أكثر من 4 سنوات من الخبرة في تصميم المنتجات وبناء وصيانة نظام التصميم.

مطلع على إرشادات iOS وAndroid وذو مهارة في العمل مع الأنماط من منصات مختلفة.

متمكن في برنامج فيجما. 

القدرة على توصيل الأفكار بوضوح، والدفاع عن موقفك، وتقديم ردود فعل بناءة، والاستماع بشكل فعال.

القدرة على تنظيم عملك والاعتماد على نفسك دون إشراف.

مطلوب اللغة الإنجليزية B2 وأعلى.
