We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and data analytics, to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.
(Some of) What you will be doing:
Campaign Management: Create, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social, email, etc.) to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Analytics & Optimization: Use data and analytics to measure, track, and report on campaign performance. Continuously test, optimize, and scale marketing efforts through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and creative testing.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to drive growth experiments and product improvements.
Content & Messaging: Develop and manage a consistent messaging framework across campaigns that resonates with target audiences.
Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior, conduct market research, and use qualitative and quantitative data to refine growth strategies.
Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Technology & Tools: Stay updated on the latest growth marketing technologies, tools, and best practices. Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals (if applicable) and foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.
