Coordinator Riders


Managing and improving the rider performance of allocated zone/s within a city. Taking ownership of rider service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps and execute a plan to fill performance related gaps

What’s On Your Plate?

Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
Lead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones
Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipments
Groom rider quality (behaviour, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)
Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing riders
Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
Monitor riders performance on individual level and responsible for coaching/warning riders
Audits fleet appearance & rider behaviour via on ground visits.

What Did We Order?

Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Urdu are a must. Arabic is a plus.
Influencer and a negotiation with good public speaking and presentation skills
People management skills: Experience of managing bigger group of people.

مراقبة وتحسين أداء الراكب وامتثاله
توظيف راكبي الدراجات الرئيسيين للمناطق المخصصة
إدارة قائمة الدراجين مع التخصيص المناسب للتحولات/الفواصل/أيام الراحة وما إلى ذلك
إدارة المخزون والامتثال لاستخدام معدات رايدر
جودة الفارس (السلوك، المظهر، الاحترافية، العرض، الخ)
إعداد خطة لتحسين الأداء لتحسين أداء الدراجين ذوي الأداء المنخفض
تقليل شكاوى الركاب الصادرة من العملاء
مراقبة أداء الدراجين على المستوى الفردي والمسؤولية عن تدريب الدراجين/تحذيرهم
يقوم بمراجعة مظهر الأسطول وسلوك الركاب من خلال الزيارات الأرضية.

ماذا طلبنا؟

درجة البكالريوس
يفضل أن تكون الخبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في صناعة تكنولوجيا الأغذية/البقالة
إجادة أدوات Google Suite مثل GDoc و GSheet و GSlides و GForms وما إلى ذلك
مهارات تواصل قوية، سواء كتابية أو شفوية. اللغة الإنجليزية والأردية ضرورية. اللغة العربية هي ميزة إضافية.
مؤثر وذو مهارات التفاوض مع مهارات التحدث والعرض الجيدة
مهارات إدارة الأشخاص: الخبرة في إدارة مجموعة أكبر من الأشخاص.
