Company Description:

The company offers full Architectural solutions to clients using international standards, covering a wide range of disciplines from Architecture to Construction Management. Role Description:

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs and specifications are met and changes are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Manage and report on project budget, expenses, and financial forecasting, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and regulations.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to meet project objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 10 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex High Rise Projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials, as well as relevant regulations and quality standards from a developer's perspective.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, experienced in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة المدنية؛ شهادة PMP تعتبر ميزة.
• معرفة واسعة بعمليات البناء، والطرق، والمواد، فضلاً عن اللوائح والمعايير ذات الصلة من منظور المطور.
• مهارات قيادية وتواصل ممتازة، مع القدرة على القيادة الفعالة والتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة.
• قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية، مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سليمة تحت الضغط.
• إتقان برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع، وتجربة في تطوير وإدارة جداول المشاريع والميزانيات والموارد.
