As the Senior Road Asset Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal management and maintenance of Qatar's vital road infrastructure.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of road projects, closely monitoring and coordinating with relevant authorities to align with established programs and priorities.

Responsibilities not limited to;


Developing comprehensive road asset maintenance programs, collaborating with the Ministry and submitting proposals to the Public Works Authority
Leveraging your analytical prowess, you will delve into intricate data and utilize value engineering principles to allocate budgets efficiently and establish priorities for road network maintenance and improvements
Your assessments will identify critical areas requiring attention, enabling you to prioritize interventions and implement periodic inspection and maintenance programs across all road classifications
Lead in establishing comprehensive engineering and technical standards for road maintenance and operations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of best practices and guidelines that maintain optimal road network performance
Conduct thorough analyses to identify potential risks to infrastructure integrity and user safety. Your innovative solutions will mitigate these risks, minimizing disruptions and ensuring the longevity of road assets
Prepare periodic inspection and maintenance programs for assets on all road classifications.
Develop and prepare road asset maintenance programs in coordination with the relevant departments of the Ministry to be submitted to the Public Works Authority for implementation.
Analysis of data and information on road assets using value engineering to place budgets and tunnel priorities on road networks.

With your degree from a recognized university in an appropriate field such as Engineering, combined with a minimum of 10 years of experience and specialization in road asset management and road planning projects, you will be well-equipped to tackle complex challenges
