Key Responsibilities
• Manage electrical engineering services that meet Worley, customer, and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget
• Oversee project scope, ensuring changes comply with project change management processes
• Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports, and comply with required procedures
• Provide support during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including requisitions and technical evaluations
• Act as the electrical engineering lead on specific projects, assigning tasks and supervising progress
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, ensuring services meet all statutory and customer requirements
• Resolve discrepancies between Worley’s and customer’s requirements
• Stay updated with the latest innovations in electrical engineering
• Mentor junior personnel within the electrical engineering team
Qualifications and Skills Required
• Recognized and relevantElectrical Engineering degree

Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status is an advantage
• Relevant
postgraduate qualifications in engineering, management, or project management are a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders

• Lead a team of pipeline engineers, ensuring timely production of deliverables
