Salesman - Economic Group

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer needs
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales efforts with team
  members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Man/Lady
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
Experience: Salesman: 2 years (Preferred)
Language: Arabic (Preferred)

المسؤوليات

• تقديم وترويج وبيع المنتجات / الخدمات باستخدام حجج قوية للعملاء الحاليين والمحتملين
• إجراء تحليل التكلفة والفائدة للعملاء الحاليين / المحتملين لتلبية احتياجاتهم
• إنشاء وتطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية مع العملاء
• التواصل مع احتياجات العملاء
• تسريع حل مشكلات وشكاوى العملاء لتعظيم الرضا
• تنسيق جهود المبيعات مع أعضاء الفريق وأقسام أخرى
• تزويد الإدارة بتقارير حول احتياجات العملاء ومشاكلهم واهتماماتهم وأنشطة المنافسين وإمكانات المنتجات والخدمات الجديدة
• متابعة أفضل الممارسات والاتجاهات الترويجية
• التحسين المستمر من خلال التغذية الراجعة

• خبرة مثبتة في العمل كبائع
• دافع عالي ومستهدف مع سجل حافل مثبت في المبيعات
• مهارات ممتازة في البيع والتواصل والتفاوض
• مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت
• القدرة على البدء على الفور
