Junior Accountant

POSITION PURPOSE

1. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
2. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
3. Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize
   current and projected company financial position, using calculator or computer.
4. Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
5. May establish, modify, document, and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
6. May devise and implement manual or computer-based system for general accounting.
7. May direct and coordinate activities of other accountants and clerical workers performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Knowledge and experience

Minimum of 5 years Audit Experience as Department head
Experience in a consulting role
Knowledge of and experience with IAS

(International Accounts Standards)
Computer literate
Preferably experience working for retail companies.

الغرض من الوظيفة

1. تطبيق مبادئ المحاسبة لتحليل المعلومات المالية وإعداد التقارير المالية.
2. تجميع وتحليل المعلومات المالية لإعداد قيود للحسابات، مثل حسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام، وتوثيق المعاملات التجارية.
3. تحليل المعلومات المالية التي تفصل الأصول والخصوم ورأس المال، وإعداد الميزانية العمومية، وبيان الأرباح والخسائر، وتقارير أخرى لتلخيص الوضع المالي الحالي والمستقبلي للشركة، باستخدام الآلة الحاسبة أو الكمبيوتر.
4. تدقيق العقود والأوامر والشيكات، وإعداد تقارير لدعم المعاملات الفردية قبل التسوية.
5. قد يتم تأسيس أو تعديل أو توثيق أو تنسيق تنفيذ إجراءات المحاسبة ومراقبة المحاسبة.
6. قد يتم تصميم وتنفيذ نظام يدوي أو قائم على الكمبيوتر للمحاسبة العامة.
7. قد يتم توجيه وتنسيق أنشطة المحاسبين الآخرين والعمال الكتابيين الذين يؤدون مهام المحاسبة ومسك الدفاتر.

المعرفة والخبرة

حد أدنى من 5 سنوات من تجربة التدقيق كرئيس قسم
خبرة في دور استشاري
معرفة وخبرة مع المعايير الدولية للمحاسبة (IAS)
إلمام بالكمبيوتر
يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في العمل لدى شركات التجزئة.
